Journaling helps gain control of your emotions and improve your mental health. It allows you to sort through your thoughts in a safe, private manner. Journaling, or writing in general, also helps you better retain and recall things you learn. When I began to listen to more podcasts and read more books that required extensive note taking, I wanted a new journal to start my new journey of knowledge.

Not wanting to be selfish, I decided to create a journal that I could share with you.

Our words and thoughts are like bombs buried deep – dangerous enough to erupt within us and cause damage when they aren’t released.
